Domestic Factoring
Export Factoring
Factoring transactions where the seller is resident in a domestic jurisfiction, while the buyer is resident in a foreign jurisdiction. These factoring services allow advance collection of deferred receivables on export transactions by certificates of alienation (quit-claim deeds). In this scope it becomes possible to collect sale prices simply with invoice, customs statement and loading certificate, without needing to wait for the maturity.
Import Factoring
Factoring transactions where the buyer is resident in a domestic jurisfiction, while the seller is resident in a foreign jurisdiction. These factoring services allow advance payment to the foreign seller for the prices of goods/services procured from foreign sources by the importer, whereupon this amount becomes payable by the importer to the factoring company in deferred maturity.
